Customer Satisfaction Guarantee must be implemented within 15 days following the date of sale invoice receipt. Requests may be sent to Techsupport@IPPatrolling.com or by contacting your sales representative before the 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee expire. If you are dissatisfied with the service and/ or workmanship on any qualifying 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Packages for any reason IPPatrol LLC will repair all system issues in a timely manner, (minus domain name registration fee and overage charges).
